If you have Acid Reflux Disease or GERD our goal is to help you return to a normal lifestyle where you no longer have to take medication or worry about what you can eat to manage your symptoms of GERD.

I was a long time sufferer and through research and personal experiments I no longer require any medication; just a few dietary supplements to manage my GERD and I have returned to eating anything I want.

I would like to help you achieve this too.

My name is Dave. LOL This is not a picture of me or my wife. Sometime in the future I will publish my picture.

I was a long time Acid Reflux sufferer. I started getting heartburn in my late teens and early twenties. This continued into my thirties; experiencing it almost daily. By my forties I had full on Acid Reflux Disease. I was taking multiple PPI's daily to combat this problem. 


In 2014 I'd had enough and started researching how I could fix this problem.  I wanted to stop taking the medication and go back to eating what I wanted without any issues. I have been medication free since 2017 and I'm now able to eat and drink anything I want with no symptoms.

My Hope is, that the information on this site will help you too!
